- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When you book my service you are getting the best value for your money. You will get more than you paid for literally ! We are very detail oriented and will go above and beyond during our cleaning to provide the best service possible. We will not walk past a door with stains, window that needs wiping or trim and base boards that need a wipe. You pay for great customer service, quality work and reliability. Most of all we you pay a local business that hires local members of our community. Most of our staff is made up of singe mothers who we pay a living wage taking into consideration it is PNW . Every cleaner in your home is paid a living wage with benefits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out. We get into contact within a few minutes, we establish what service is needed. Once we identify the service and schedule for work we discuss prices and discounts available. We then proceed to book the job and its done. Its a very simple process that takes only a few minutes. We answer all your questions , listen to what you want and be there for anything you need to make that decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As they say experience is the best education. The owner has 10+ years in cleaning. She has worked as house cleaner, private maid for high net worth clients in the region as well as a vacation rental manager and cleaner. She understand quality cleaning very well. Using that knowledge she has put together a very effective team of cleaners. Some of our experienced cleaners have more than 20 years of experience in domestic, commercial and hospitality cleaning. However we have some new trainees that are availed the best training learning from those other crew members have the many years of experience.
