Carlos and team are one the most skillful general contractors I worked with across east and west coasts. They installed a set of security bars at my house and helped me with another house project. For one of the bars, they had to work with ceramic tiles already installed in the bathroom, which I didn't think other contractors would be willing to mess with. Carlos humbly said "we will see ma'am". What they ended up doing was drilling holes into the ceramic to fasten the screws of the bars. I was Impressed. Beside technical abilities, efficiency and cleanliness also stand out for Carlos and crew. They do things faster than other contractors by 1/4 to 1/3 of the time in my experience. They also always clean up the area of work, which provides ease of mind and shows respect. Carlos does operate in Latin time - good to buffer some time before start. Overall, their team does top-notch work at great value. I was hesitant to review because I really need them for my projects 😂.
