Josh Chan the Handyman is the best hiring choice I have ever made, and I am 75, so I have hired lots of folks over the years. Josh fixed our dishwasher, installed a thermostat, added duct work to our bathroom fan and put in a new fan. He is extremely reasonable on charges, and if anythng, should charge a bit more. I always give him a bit more than what he charged because I am so happy with his pricex and his work. He can do about anything and does it right. Josh is absolutely honest, cares about his clients, works fast, is very organized, easy to contact. His communication skills are wonderful. If you leave a message on Thumbtack, he responds right away. He is at my house the minute he said he would be here. He calls saying he is on his way, always stays in touch if there is an ongoing issue such as waiting for a part, etc. Josh, I am so thankful you are my handyman.

I just had to take a moment to share my fantastic experience with Josh. If you’re looking for someone who is not only professional but also super responsive, kind, funny, and does impeccable work, he’s your guy! As I was getting my place ready for renters, I had a long list of tasks that I just couldn’t tackle on my own. Josh swooped in and has been handling everything beautifully. So far, he has swapped out my old ceiling fans and dome lights for some sleek LED fans and light fixtures, installed them like a pro and they look amazing. Plus, he patched, sanded, and textured numerous holes in the walls. He is working my list down as I write and I am so internally grateful. The best part? His work is being done quickly, as agreed, and at a great value! I couldn't be happier with how everything is turning out. If you need any handyman work done, I highly recommend contacting him! Josh was great! He installed a ceiling fan where there was previously a light fixture- works like a charm! He also replaced a shower valve that a previous handyman broke (not hiring that person again as he said he could not complete the job). Josh was responsive and was able to correct previous handyman’s failed job. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family…in fact already recommended him to my parents! Thank you, Josh!

Josh Chan was hired to clean out my bathroom fan vent after another company I hired left the job incomplete. Not only did he thoroughly clean the duct, but he also installed a stronger bathroom fan that was better suited for ventilation. While servicing the duct, he also took the time to address some smaller repairs and maintenance tasks I had in mind, which he was knowledgeable about.
