Tech arrived and was curious and eager to solve the problem. Unfortunately for me, he was unable to fix the mini-split due to a proprietary part he could not repair. Although it was not fixed he shared what needed to be replaced so I could order a replacement. Thank you. This was way more than any other company I called about the problem would do.

Used them to service ac, furnace, and fireplace to sell a home (buyer requested). The home was 2 years old and during the service I was told the ac unit needed refrigerant (R410a) and it’s an extra charge. I don’t know anything about ac units so it was my fault that I said ok thinking this was normal, esp since I was put in the spot. That charge was $840. As I paid I asked if this was because we used the ac often and he replied yes. Talking around, this was not needed to fulfill the inspection requirements the buyers were asking. 2 stars since they honored the price of $500 to service. It’s unfortunate that I lost $840 for trusting them. --------- Update. David reached out to me and we talked it out. I told him that better communication could have been done to quote a full expected price vs quote price/gal and the exact need for a certain service. He understood and stated that leaving the refrigerant as low as it was would not be a completed service of the AC unit in his view. I stated that this is something I could have worked out with the buyers. All in all, we spoke, he offered a partial refund and said he would communicate better on full expected price. Left the original review to stay transparent.
