Mary made what seemed the impossible, possible. We met in person a couple of days before the wedding and I felt like everything was under control. A multicultural wedding planned in under 3 months, via Zoom! On the day of the wedding, she took care of everything and made sure that whatever was important for us happened regardless of the tight schedule. The moment she responded to my project request I knew she was the right person and I wasn't wrong. Her services are tailored to meet your needs and she does a fantastic job of coming up with a package which is convenient for you. If you want to have an expert help you with your event, Mary and her team will make it happen no matter what. I have nothing but the best words to say about my experience in working with her. You need Mary at your wedding! We couldn't have done it without her. As the bride, my wedding day was virtually stress free because Mary was there to handle everything. Everything we talked about came together beautifully. Throughout the event, she was always right there when I needed her.

Before we began planning our wedding, we asked ourselves "should we hire a day-of coordinator?"After having a successful and smooth-running wedding, we asked ourselves "how could we ever have done this without Mary Barrett?"Mary was incredible from start to finish. We started meeting virtually a few months before the wedding and then had weekly calls as our date approached. Mary was always responsive via email and texts. Here are a few things about Mary that put her head and shoulders above the rest: - Mary is very responsive. No email, text or call goes unanswered. She makes time for her bride and grooms! - Mary is organized! She provides a wedding planner app that keeps everything in order. Tasks are assigned to you, your fiance and Mary, herself so you always know what's coming next and who's responsible for which task. - Mary was instrumental in creating our weekend and day-of timelines. Oh my goodness! That alone is worth its weight in gold. What a huge help! - Mary reviewed our vendor contracts for the correctness and made sure that we received what we paid for. - After everything Mary did leading up to our wedding day, it's was on the actual day that Mary really shined! She shielded me and my husband from all tasks and questions so we could truly enjoy our wedding day. She kept the event moving according to the day-of timeline and made sure the wedding party was where they needed to be. Words can't express how much I valued the support Mary provided my husband and me during the planning and on our special day.  She was simply amazing!

I hired Mary to plan and coordinate for my husband's surprise 40th birthday party for approximately 80 adults and children. Mary exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Mary was always available to answer my questions and I felt like my party was her priority. Mary listened to me and my ideas and was able to see my "vision" for the event and went above and beyond when it came to executing the details. Mary was prompt, professional, organized, detail orientated, and her staff was extremely courteous. We will absolutely refer Mary/Mardee's Design and use her services again in the future!

Mary is the reason my wedding was perfect. She is so knowledgeable and has all the experience necessary to get in front of any issues they might arise.
