When our furnace started having issues, Tacoma Furnace was very responsive. They took a look and laid out our options clearly with a reasonable price point. They were communicative throughout the process from quote to installation to answering our follow up questions. When installing new machines they helped us to find energy and money saving options. Overall a friendly and pleasant experience and we are now once again warm thanks to them.

Fantastic experience with Jonathan and his team. First, they easily diagnosed and repaired our central heating system, which a major HVAC contractor in the area couldnt resolve (and never even followed up with me about said failure), and then Tacoma Furnace crew installed a mini-split for our ADU in no time, with no mess and perfect functionality. I highly recommend Tacoma Furnace for any and every HVAC and home electrical repair or installation!
