- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call fee is 65$. But no worries! - it goes towards the repair so we will deduct it from the final estimate;)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a customer-centric business, thus the customers are our top priority. By phone calls or messages, we need to know your basic info and the issue with the appliance for the technician to come with any extra tools/supplies if needed. The technician will come to the address, perform diagnostics and inform the client of the issue and repair procedure. Most of our appliances are repaired on the spot, but for some, we need to order extra parts, for them, we have trusted suppliers. If so, one more appointment for installation, and we are done!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our techs are self-driven and motivated by a passion for electronics, machinery, and customer service with precision. We spent the majority of our lives fixing electronics and appliances and are proud to have a collective experience of 30+ years.
