The crawl space clean up has been a dream of ours for a long time (since we moved in in 2015!) We had rats in the crawl space and they wrecked the insulation and left poops all around. As new house owners then, we didn't know what to do and my hub told me that doing a crawl space clean up would cost over ten thousand (or the high thousands). Also, as a split level house, our middle and lower levels were always having cold spots and i thought that was normal coz maybe the house was too big or the ducts were leaking (rat issues).So every time when I turned the heat on in the falls, I would "smell" the stench from the crawlspace for a while until I got used to it. My hub had lost his sense of smell, so it didn't bother him. But with a toddler in the house, im bugging him that we needed to look for a solution. When our toddler was an infant. I placed a air purifier in our bedroom, so that smell was still manageable.Then, recently, a neighbor posted and shared her experiences with Wallet Friendly Insulation and I decided to give it a shot. It was the best decision I've made for our house this year! Martin, one of the owners of the biz came down and inspected our crawlspace and also attic (coz we decided why not have the attic looked at too?) Martin is very polite and kind and gave us a quote that we were so happy with. He came personally with another team mate and spent half a day to fix our crawlspace and an issue with our exhaust in the attic that he discovered when he was helping to check the attic! They were so awesome! They were on time and finished and cleaned everything so neatly! The price is unbeatable (but their work is immaculate!)I was so happy that I no longer smell the stench from the crawlspace anymore! My gosh, what a difference it made and ended the many years of sufferings! What i noticed was the cold spots in the middle floor was gone and I usually had to turn the heat up to 70 because I was trying to warm the house more (or to get rid of the cold spots), but now, at 68 degrees, the house is warm and cozy! Oh my gosh, no one had told me that getting your insulation done in the crawlspace helps saves money!Thank you Martin!! I hope more people will know of your gorgeous work and get help from you!The photos are the before and after (if you can't tell the difference, I can't help you!) Their clean up was immaculate and they changed out the insulation! Woot!!!!!!!! Gone are the years of rat pee and poop and also, they've done sealing up for rodent spots. Quickly, grab an appointment with this local owned biz before they get too busy!!
