SPS LLC was great to work with! I needed one of my listings staged so they came out to view the home and took some photos and notes. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive with the rest of the market. I provide a quote for the rooms in a home that the customer would like to have staged.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have spoken via text or telephone we can set up a date and time for a preview of the home. If the client would prefer a quote up front I can give a approximate one to them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was professionally trained by Staged Homes. I am also currently a member of IAHSP.
