- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our residential diagnostic fee is $69.50+tax, our techs will then quote you a flat rate price we charge by the job not by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal working with either a new customer or a current customer is to get thir information, such as name, address, phone number and began the listening process of what exactly the customer is looking for, so we can plan and schedule accordingly in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our tech's are factory trained in various brands, and education for them never stops!
