Writing this review based on the bed bug treatment provided in my house. Giving 3 stars because the initial treatment was good but there was hardly any followup when I reported that the treatment did not kill all bed bugs. Areas treated: living room, bedrooms, common hallways and garage. Pros: A) Trey was very responsive initially and came down to my house within a couple of days for treatment B) explained the entire process over the phone prior to arrival so that we were ready C) worked well through the different areas to treat the infestation Cons: A) infestation not completely cleared in the garage. B) not great at following up after initial treatment: When I reached out to them again that the infestation is still present in the garage, their responsiveness dropped and I barely heard back from them even after calling and texting multiple times. Been reaching out for over 1 month now. Even told them how it’s causing us a lot of trauma due to our delicate family situation but the response was lacking. C) they stated that they would only return if someone within the household was bit. We are now stuck and will have to take this on ourselves. I’ve already spent over a month trying to get Trey to return, but had he confirmed that he will just not come back I could have saved a month in trying to treat the infestation rather than wait for a followup.

Estimate came in lower than the others, saw the positive reviews, so went with this pro. Halfway through the work, the pro said it was going to cost double because my estimate of 2 cubic yards was off. Pictures were provided and pro did not adjust estimate after arriving before starting the work. Said he didn’t realize how much dirt was in the pile until later. Backed right up onto grass to my gate over hose lines and broke an in-ground sprinkler. Left a pile of dirt on grass near loading area. All small and excusable things but in aggregate would have appreciated a bit more care.
