John helped me create a storage area on our property with very little in the way of plans. He was able to translate my verbal description into exactly what I had in mind. When he was done and paid there was one minor issue related to water seeping under a door threshold. I called him, he was out the next day, and got it fixed right away. He takes pride in his work, listens to the customer, and delivers a quality product at a very fair price. I would not hesitate to use Pacific Property Service again.

Hire John! He’s everything you want in a contractor or handyman. John and his coworker fixed some drywall from a previous contractor, painted about 8 door jambs, fixed and re-textured some messed up spots on walls and an entire hallway ceiling, finished some trim work around doors and baseboards, re-positioned an electrical box and re-hung a light in my bathroom. John was on time and showed up every day until the job was done and did it for a good price. He also cleaned up everyday and was communicative. Thanks John!!
