First I will say I have NEVER written a review.... I am a single mother and homeowner, a homeowner that has to save for home improvements. I met with Justin who quickly took measurements, came up with a fair price all while being completely respectful of my time and crazy household. We scheduled for a time to begin my project. Jordan did the job quickly-you wouldn't know it as the work is beautiful. I paid for the services and I got a follow up call from Justin the next day to check on my everything. Originally we chose a matte finish and I said now that things have dried I'd really would have like to go with shiny. I knew the work was done and I was changing things after hours/days of hard work and time had been dedicated. His response was "I got it, I'll be over in the morning." How great is that!? I had already paid for what we agreed on but I was not satisfied. They made it happen in a matter of hours! They went above and beyond-that is why I rated 5 stars. I am so happy and can't wait to work with them again!

Justin from Count on it Construction had his hands full with my repair job. My upstairs bathroom was flooded and the house was built in 1920. Justin and his team worked hard to put it back together. During the renovations with a day or two left the upstairs bathroom flooded again, due to a faulty fitting on the toilet. Justin came to the house within 10 minutes of my panicked phone call and had his team on sight within 30. He and his team worked tirelessly to make it write and get the house repaired for the second time. For a terrible situation I couldn't have asked for a better contractor to work with. Justin worked miracles and got the house up and ready to go back on the market within 2 weeks. Thank you to you and your team for working so diligently to get us back up and running. Great, honest, responsive, and genuine contractor to work with.

Typically, I meet with the customer to ascertain the specifics such as measurements and materials, I then send them an estimate, and if I get hired I complete the work and then send an invoice or receive payment on completion of the work whichever the customer prefers.
