We believe that weddings (and wedding planning) should be about joy and celebrating love! Unfortunately, wedding planning can be stressful and the process can make something so wonderful feel like a chore. That’s where we come in! All of our packages are designed to guide you through the planning process without all of the stress, so you can actually enjoy the fun things (hello cake tastings). You should feel excitement (not anxiety) as the big day gets closer, and we want to help you do that! We offer a variety of wedding packages for all budgets. Including Full Service, Partial Planning, Day-of Coordination, Design & 1-hour Consultations & Planning Tools. We also provide Officiant services! I am writing this review from the perspective of the Maid of Honor. Alicia was absolutely amazing! My friend and her fiance were planning their wedding from opposite ends of the country, yet it all came together seamlessly. She honestly made my job so much easier because I knew she wouldn't let anything fall through the cracks! She was not only friendly and professional, but so calm under pressure - even when last minute changes were necessary quite a few times throughout the weekend, including delaying the ceremony due to an emergency. Just by seeing the challenges she handled throughout the weekend, I am convinced there were other fires Alicia put out before they ever reached me or the bride! It was such a relief to have Alicia navigating challenges and last minute details so I could focus all of my energy and attention on supporting the bride. I had never been in a wedding who used a wedding coordinator before, and I left telling my boyfriend Alicia made me realize they are NOT OPTIONAL! I cannot recommend Alicia enough!

I highly recommend Alicia and her husband Cory to assist you on your special day. Alicia is very well organized and professional. Her husband Cory officiated our wedding - he was very kind, well spoken with just the right wit to perform a beautiful ceremony that we will treasure for our lifetime.

Well of course I highly recommend Alicia Horn for planning and helping on your special day. Cory officiated our wedding, simply put he is a very gracious young man who offered kind words, encouragement and a few laughs here and there to help us get through our special day. The love that permeates from these two is an excellent addition for a good start to anyone on the beginning of your special lives together.

We hired Alicia for day-of wedding coordination and my ONLY regret is that we didnt hire her to plan everything. Alicia and her team are professional, organized, prepared, and trustworthy. Alicia took my vague vision and made it a picture-perfect reality. She provided me with ample information so I knew what I needed to accomplish on my end, and so she would have a good idea of what we wanted as an end result. She was always quick in her responses and was available for any of my (many) questions. I cannot recommend Alicia Horn Weddings enough!

We weren’t planning on hiring a coordinator, but our venue required it and we are so thankful that we found Alicia to work with! She stayed in touch with all our vendors throughout the process and advocated for us when there were any issues. She organized the timeline for the wedding day which made everything run so seamlessly. She and her husband are so kind, patient, and professional. She was really open to helping us implement our vision for the wedding, and we would recommend her to anyone!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We are a military family, so we offer a standing 10% military and first responder discount. All planning services are completely customizable. The prices listed here and on our website are for standard services. Alicia can customize a package for you if those services do not meet your needs or your budget. Please do not hesitate to ask if we can create something for you!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Our first priority with a new customer is getting to know each other. We want to hear all about your love story and your dream wedding. We are going to be working very closely together for anywhere from 1-12 months or more, so we want to make sure we start off on the right foot. We always schedule an initial consultation to get to know the bride and groom and answer any initial questions about us or the services we provide.
