FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing is all-inclusive. The quote that you receive covers all meetings, planning, rehearsals, etc. On rare occasions, we may ask that the amount be slightly increased depending upon necessary travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with new customers is fairly straightforward. If we all agree that this is a good fit then the customer is asked to pay half of the cost via Venmo or Zelle. We'll then immediately begin the planning process via Google Docs. We also are open to meeting in person at a local coffee shop or via Skype either before the deposit is made or shortly after depending upon the comfort level of the customer. We want to make sure that you are confident that we are the right officiant(s) for your special day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have three Masters Degrees between the two of us and are both licensed and ordained with a trusted and respected Christian denomination. We officiate several weddings and funerals each year. Justin currently teaches middle school Social Studies teacher on a full-time basis while we both serve as co-campus pastors at a local church called Venture Spokane.
