First give real and fair numbers to the insurance company. You submitted A $30,000 estimate for removing damage and building back a 10x10 area. My insurance company thought you, and because I chose you, I, was trying to cheat them. The damage happened in January and in May, we are still trying to get the repair approved.

Filipp and the team did an incredible job with the dry out of our house in Liberty Lake. Even with the holidays they managed to come on time and get the dry out completed before things got out of hand. Really thankful and would recommend to use them again!

We had an amazing experience with Restoration Done. Our air conditioning unit left a huge water mess that was overwhelming. They were very friendly, and reassured me that they were on it throughout the entire process. They were. They didn’t mind the children and answered any questions we had. They were super friendly with our beagle and gave her lots of love, to her excitement. If I ever need water, fire, or smoke damage taken care of again, they will be my first call!!! Great, friendly, and professional group of people.

Restoration Done responded very quickly to our call and answered all of our questions and concerns. Their technicians are highly trained and experienced. They dispatched the crew in a timely manner and from start to finish the company was very professional. They were respectful of our property and belongings. The company kept our family updated throughout the entire process and efficiently completed the job. It was as if it never happened. Also it was really helpful that they had 24 Hour emergency service. I highly recommend using Restoration Done to restore your property. I will be hiring them in the future if needed.

Huge thank you to the team at Restoration Done! We were in over our head with the recent freeze and a pipe bursting in our basement. They were very quick on arriving even though it was late evening when we got home and discovered the mess. The drying was done within 3 days and what helped even more was that they are excellent communicators!
