- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly fees are very reasonable and on the lower end because I want to help as many people as possible. In my mind, the higher the prices the less people who can get the help, support and coaching they need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our first session the most important thing is getting to know each other and setting the stage (goals, accountability, etc) for our future coaching sessions. I require my clients to have notebooks to document growth, learnings, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified John Maxwell coach and have been coaching executives, business and relationship coaching for years.
