- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing generally works on an hourly bases, however frequency matters. In addition we offer monthly specials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For commercial we like to have an initial meet and greet at your office. We like to know what you expect so every cleaning can be just right. For residential we can chat over the phone, then the cleaner will be meet you at home to discuss what you would like done. we can work a specific list or just do it all.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All cleaners have been trained on all products and how they work.
