This Pro arrived at an acceptable time with a helper. They got to work instantly & went above & beyond to do a good job. They were excellent & I highly recommend them for this home cleaning service. It was a move out cleaning & there was a lot to do. It took them several hours to complete the project. They also had to travel 2 hours to get to my location, as I live in a remote area. I would hire them again. It wasn't inexpensive but for the time it took to travel to location & the time to complete the task it was a very fair price.

Where do I start…there is a language barrier. She responded by text that I know now were translated. We agreed on a 9:00 am arrival so that the empty house could be cleaned before movers brought furniture in. That morning they changed the time til noon and were too hours away from our location. Got lost, thought I was scamming them. Arrived at 1:30 pm and we had to communicate thru translated text. The home was very dirty, but four hours later the two person team had completed 1 and 1/2. Bathrooms and two empty rooms. They did a good job cleaning, but we had to leave the property for the second load and now we are stuck with a very dirty kitchen and trying to move in. They wanted more money for deep cleaning and the list goes on. I will not hire a service on line again without speaking to the person on the phone. Maybe okay service if you are near Spokane and speak Spanish.
