Tim looks young but once you get him talking about the job you can tell he knows what he is doing. My husband and I communicated with Tim about painting the exterior body of our home and detached garage. He provided a fair quote at a reasonable price point and he was there within a week of contact to pressure wash and prep the home. Tim was flexible with our changes and his crew completed the job in 3 1/2 days. He provided a quality service and we would recommend him to others and use his company again.

Tim and his team did an amazing job painting the exterior of our house. Some areas of the house were severely damaged from prolonged direct sun exposure. They had to scrape bubbling paint, re-caulk, and prime almost an entire side before applying new paint. Tim and his crew put in long hours on some of the hottest days we’ve had this year to get the job done. We would recommend Top Grade Development to anyone looking to get a paint project done for a high quality of work and fair price.
