Came in last minute(asked him to come the same day) when another company canceled and got the work done in 15 minutes! Super thankful he had a small slither of time to fit me in. Friendly person and knowledgeable in not only computers and security but also tv mounting! (Came with proper tools) I am happy with my experience!

I inquired with Who’s Your Data? after my dog jumped on my husbands laptop and completely separated the hinge from the screen. Being that the computer was a newer model, I didn’t know if the damage was repairable. This incident happened at 8:30pm and Nicolas was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. He asked all the right questions and was honest and professional. If you have a damaged computer or you simply want to know more about your gaming systems, these guys are the ones for the job!! They educate you while diagnosing and repairing and they give you options for repairs. I’ve never needed a computer repair guy until now, and I don’t think I could take my laptop anywhere other that Who’s Your Data? I would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone looking for a quality experience. I promise you will know more about your system after leaving their shop!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon first contact I will likely ask a few questions to help clarify the job. Then we'll schedule a time to meet, either at your place or at my shop whichever is better for the job at hand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 22+ years of working on computers and technology. I have a Bachelor's of Science in Game Programming and multiple certifications in computer science. I'm am avid gamer and my news consists of new technology releases not current politics.
