They did an awesome job and were very friendly. Cleaned up after themselves and were very creative when installation problems arose. I would highly recommend them if you want your items installed with precision.

Nick went above and beyond to solve my issues.I ran through the ringer of troubleshooting steps after I absolutely bricked my BIOS AND backup BIOS trying to update to a version that supports my new CPU.We spent two hours resuscitating my PC from no BIOS access, which I really appreciated because I am not usually able to visit places during business hours.He took the time to help me weigh my options and gave recommendations that could save me money instead of selling me something I didn't need.After we had everything back up and running, he walked me through my PC and pointed out some things I will need to replace in the future, without trying to push upgrades on me at the POS.Looking forward to the possible game nights they might host in the future.~SamGigabyte, motherboard, x470, bios, ryzen, CPU, AMD, PC, customer service, ram, GPU, Nvidia, rtx, repair

Upon first contact I will likely ask a few questions to help clarify the job. Then we'll schedule a time to meet, either at your place or at my shop whichever is better for the job at hand.

I have 22+ years of working on computers and technology. I have a Bachelor's of Science in Game Programming and multiple certifications in computer science. I'm am avid gamer and my news consists of new technology releases not current politics.
