FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that our pricing at Optimal Sewer & Drain is competitive and transparent. We provide detailed estimates before starting any work, so there are no surprises. Our pricing reflects the quality of our work, the expertise of our technicians, and the use of high-quality materials. Additionally, we offer warranties on our repairs and replacements to ensure customer satisfaction and peace of mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we follow a thorough and customer-focused process: 1. **Initial Contact**: We start by discussing the customer’s needs and concerns over the phone or through an online inquiry. 2. **Assessment and Estimate**: We schedule a visit to assess the issue in person. During this visit, we provide a detailed estimate of the work required. 3. **Planning and Scheduling**: Once the estimate is approved, we plan the project and schedule a convenient time for the customer. 4. **Execution**: Our skilled technicians carry out the work efficiently and professionally, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer’s daily routine. 5. **Follow-Up**: After the job is completed, we follow up with the customer to ensure they are satisfied with the work and address any additional questions or concerns. At Optimal Sewer & Drain, we strive to provide expert underground plumbing repairs and replacements, but we are not limited to these services and can complete any plumbing needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began my career in plumbing immediately after high school, driven by the need to provide for my growing family. Over the past ten years, I have gained extensive hands-on experience and have continuously updated my skills through various training programs and certifications. This practical experience, combined with ongoing education, has equipped me with the expertise needed to handle a wide range of plumbing services, leading to the establishment of Optimal Sewer & Drain.
