1st time using Tradeworks. They came in and serviced an older heat pump furnace. very efficient and explained what they recommend for additional services to keep my system running smoothly. I will be using them again and referring them to my friends and family.

Work was great. New fixtures work well and hopefully will last a long time. Repairs are costly so it was tough but the prices seemed fine for the work done. Could be better about communication but in the end project got done quickly and I am grateful.

The sump pump of our house was not functioning well and the team solved the issue right away. They found the pipe that was not working properly during a quick troubleshooting and later replaced it with a new drain system. Throughout the process, the team was very responsive and efficient. They were always on time, really clear about what to expect for every step, and helpful for timely communications. They were also really reliable in wrapping up the final works and checking for necessary permits. I would definitely contact them again if I’m looking for plumbing services in the future!

Nathan was so wonderful. He had an apprentice with him and was training her with patience and kindness. He explained everything to me before and after the tasks were done. They did a great job and didn't make a mess. Would highly recommend them.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer that calls TradeWorksNW, will have a licensed technician at their home or business to help provide answers and solutions for the project at hand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians go through a 3 year hands on training before taking their trade license test. Every 2 yrs the technicians have to complete 16 hours of continuing education courses. TradeWorksNW technicians go over in house training classes one day per week.
