I would say thank you Hassan for your great job at my rental property. My rental home had a very pool pipe and it burst out. H2Flow plumbing helped me do the repipe work. I was thinking it will take 2 days, I even talked to my tenant providing a hotel for that night, but it turns out H2Flow did this in just one day. The tenant didn’t complain on this at all. Thanks Hassan for all the things, especially the communication with my tenant. This saved a lot of effort for me. He even willing to come back to do the extra small work I asked for. The quality is awesome good!

I wanted a gas fireplace and hired him to do the plumbing. See the photo to know what he did. It’s not even legal. He also demolished a part of the interior wall of the masonry chimney to get the line in. And he billed me a grand for this. So be careful before you hire him!!

-Stub out was pex and crooked. -Hit the side of my house when moving a tub -Poor time management. Works hard once on site. -Shower head too far back and too close together, risk of noise/hammering. -Asked for advances when work had not been finished. 50% cost up front had already been paid, so that wasn’t what we agreed on. - Shower surround wasn’t installed level. Would have appreciated a heads up on concerns when he was fitting it. I’m out the price of the surround now too. - cut too much wood away from 2x4’s -We agreed it wasn’t working and elected not to continue working together. I’m having to pay to get my siding fixed and all of the plumbing redone. - Nice person. Easy to get along with in-person and helpful. He is short staffed and use to fast turn around construction jobs. He didn’t want to get a permit. I would recommended it and take a look before the walls are closed up.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Up front, flat rate pricing given before work is commenced
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make contact over the phone with an arrival time. Arrive at customers, evaluate situation, and give an up front flat rate price in writing. Upon approval of work, customer signs approval section of invoice, and I proceed with said work. Upon completion of work, homeowner inspects work and signs finalization section of invoice and pays with check, cash, or credit card.
