- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A travel fee may apply if photo location is more than 20 miles from Snohomish, WA.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process after first point of contact is setting a time to discuss ideas for the session. This can be done via email or a phone call. After the details have been worked out, I will send a contract and invoice for 50% deposit at time of booking to hold your date. I do everything I can to make them feel comfortable and confident during our time together. I keep myself readily available so that I can reached with any last minute questions or concerns.

I am completely self taught. I am always researching ways to do better than the previous day. 😊
