Lucia is such a sweet person! She had great ideas for pictures and showed me the ideas through a photo on her cell which to me was amazing instead of just trying to explain it and me not do it correctly! She took such beautiful pictures of me and my 3 babies! It was great to meet her and get to work with her! 100% recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A travel fee may apply if photo location is more than 20 miles from Snohomish, WA.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process after first point of contact is setting a time to discuss ideas for the session. This can be done via email or a phone call. After the details have been worked out, I will send a contract and invoice for 50% deposit at time of booking to hold your date. I do everything I can to make them feel comfortable and confident during our time together. I keep myself readily available so that I can reached with any last minute questions or concerns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am completely self taught. I am always researching ways to do better than the previous day. 😊
