Scott was incredibly helpful in diagnosing the problem with the hot tub and helping me figure out what part I would need. He walked me through everything I would need to do to replace it myself when it arrived, and the whole process worked out smoothly when I swapped it on my own. I appreciated being able to learn what to do to manage it in the future if it ever fails again and it was nice to have a single service call to get it back on track.
