- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aim to provide high quality service for every budget! Home staging does not have to be expensive to be effective and beautiful! We can custom tailor a complete look while maximizing your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find the best place to start is to meet at the house you are staging, and let's walk the property together. I like to hear your goals for staging, areas you would like to focus on, and any questions or concerns you have. As we walk and talk, I can point out things I see, some early design ideas I have for the home, and how we can maximize your budget. Based on our initial meeting and hearing your goals, I can develop a comprehensive proposal for you of how I would stage the home for maximum return.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My formal education is a Bachelor of Science in Event and Project Management. All the stagers on our team are accredited stagers through Staging Studio & HSR, and continue education through regular classes through RESA (real estate staging association) and HSRA (Home Staging and Redesign Alliance).
