Within a couple of days of my signing Jay and his crew were there and completed the job within a sort of long day. We had two water-damaged walls on our commercial building. They fixed what needed fixing and replaced the siding. It looks great.

Very unprofessional, Emmanuel visited my property to give me a bid on Siding and roofing and told me that he will provide a bid by next day. I have been following up with him everyday and each day he told me that the bid is ready and he'll send it later that day and it has been almost a week. As I started to search for a contractor to take care of some siding repairs, I quickly found out that most siding companies do not do siding repairs. After looking for an independent contractor who would do the work, I found Personal Touch Exteriors and Emmanuel. Let me first start by saying Emmanuel was very personable and listened to my concerns. He set up a time to come out to view the work and was able to give me an estimate for the repairs, but also gave me an estimate to do a complete re-siding to the area in question. There was no push for the bigger project, but he took the time to point out the problems he saw and explain that with the southern exposure of the side I needed the work on, he made it clear that doing the whole side would be a better long term solution. He prepared a written estimate for both options including a complete break down of the costs of materials and labor. The estimates also included pictures of the materials needed. Although I hadn't wanted to go into the higher cost project, I chose to do so for two reasons. First, I appreciated his thoroughness in explaining why the complete siding of the area in question, was the better long term plan. And, second, his estimates for the job where very reasonable and one of the better price quotes I received.
A date was set up for the work, but due to weather conditions the work was delayed by a day, that didn't impact the work time line set up. As a matter of fact, the job was completed ahead of schedule. Not only was the work done well, it was a better job, especially in the detail work, than was done by the original builder. In addition, as the project moved on, some additional work was added to the original work order, this was done at a very reasonable additional cost and it didn't put any delay in the work time line. As the project progressed, Emmanuel was always updating me on what was being done and always asked for my input as to the quality of the work being done. (excellent!)
All said and done, I would recommend Emmanuel and his crew for any siding or repair project, As a matter of fact I will be doing more work with him in the Spring and have recommended his team to other neighbors who are in need of work and I will continue to recommend his company to any and all that need work done. Great results and a great company.

This guy Ramos tried to quote me $42,000 for siding replacement and painting. A roof replacement only cost around $10,000 to $15,000. Do not fall for this guy trick. All the other guys gave me under $10k which is reasonable. Then when I asked he is way too expensive, his reply was the other guys was cheap. I get a lot of quotes from reputable contractors on here and he is not one of them.

GAB did great work on my leak which required replacing siding, plywood, and interior sheetrock. I was impressed with their work and also ended up hiring them to paint the exterior bottom row of panels.
On-site inspection was completed within a day of me contacting them, and I had the estimate by the end of the day. The estimate was definitely reasonable. I’ve frequently had estimates be delayed with contractors, so the responsiveness was a pleasant surprise.
They came out the next day and started the repairs. They had to work late for two days in a row to get the repairs completed before the heavy rain moved in.
Very happy to have found a contractor that is responsive and does quality work, and I will be hiring them in the future.

Miguel and his team did PHENOMENAL work installing our new siding and painting the entire building. They went above and beyond by taking on additional work such as painting the exterior garage, rebuilding our exterior stairs, patching an unexpected roof leak, reframing the corner of the house and replacing exterior windows.
I have worked with countless contractors and Miguels team is ONE OF THE BEST. Great communicator and excellent craftsmanship. We have a few more projects in the works and look forward to working with them again.
