Wifi network and router installation. Our hardware and network was with Comcast, and had very weak signal and no ability for us to personalize our network name and password. They were of no help after 8 hours of service calls, so we turned to Troy. Troy was immediately extremely helpful with both suggestions for upgraded hardware and for how to deal with Comcast. After a visit when he installed our new router and optimized our new non-Comcast Wifi router for our home, we are very happy to be liberated from the ridiculous "service" of the jokers at Comcast. It was great to drop off their clunky equipment and save $10 / month they were charging us. We will continue to use Troy for any IT-related projects we have.

Troy reworked my primary website and made a mobile version while setting up a 2nd website for a new business venture. His work was fantastic and he was not the typical flaky website person. He actually did communicate and keep me updated. I would highly suggest Troy to anyone!
