- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the job type. You can text message us photos and rough sizes along with a description to get a rough quote or schedule a time for us to take a look at the job. Discounts Offered: Senior citizen, Military, returning customer, bulk order, cash payments, simply just ask for a discount or price match and we can see if we can work with your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contacting Beacon Hill Glass we will schedule the first initial visit to take measurements & assess the scope of the job. We will then send the estimate via email and/or text message. If the quote is approved, we will order the glass, hardware or materials and schedule another visit for the installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians are trained to be knowledgable and shadow lead installers out on the field for hands on experience right away. Every technician has to learn single pane glazing. double pane (IGU) replacements, window installation, hardware repairs and more. Each tech has to understand how to problem solve and assess job sites to efficiently complete the work.
