- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be as flexible and fair as we can. No hidden fees. Let's just get it done and get it done right! Most projects require a retainer once the terms have been established and the contract has been signed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Email, phone or text it doesn't matter. Let me know the best way to get in touch and we can take it from there! Most projects usually require a deposit after a signed contract. Our turnaround time is incredibly fast and most projects can be completed in as little as 48-72 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We always ensure our equipment is up to date and the best around. I'm constantly researching and polishing my procedures so my customers know they are always getting the best product and the best experience. I know how important your time and money is, and I will always make sure you get the most out of both.
