FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since I provide many if not all the services myself, I create package deals that include videography, editing, motion graphics, and animation in amounts I outline in a detailed bid. Creating the line-item budget requires a phone call with the client because there are details I need that are best discussed in a live phone call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening. What do you want to accomplish with this video: increase sales, raise awareness, motivate employees, sell a single? What strengths do you bring to the production? Who else on your team, and what existing media assets: photos, graphics, video can help tell this story? Then I ask which of my talents can I apply to achieving your goals. Scripting/ideation, videography, editing, motion graphics. And start creating a plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Television and Radio Production I learned videography, production management, and editing from some of the best talent in the Northwest and San Francisco
