FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of each work almost always includes tax (unless other rules apply). Additional costs are possible (which appear during work). But before any additional costs, I always discuss this with the client and explain why this needs to be done or choose options that will suit the client. Discounts are available to all clients who continue to work with me more than once and each subsequent time when hired or recommended. your friends/acquaintances or family (if confirmed).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Inspection of the place of installation of tiles (floor, walls, kitchen) 2. How much the client is willing to spend on the purchase of tiles and work. 3. Choice of tiles, discussion of terms of work and additional questions.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
My first piece of advice is the experience of the master (having studied his reviews of previous projects), but remember that some clients may leave a bad review only because they did not like the value offered for the work. And secondly, regarding the cost of work, do not look for the cheapest options (unless you like to do work every 6-12 months). Now is a difficult time and prices change very often for both work and material. If you don’t like the value, you can always discuss it with the master and the two of you can come to a decision where you can change something.
