- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and competitive. We offer a flat diagnostic fee, which is waived if the customer proceeds with the repair. There are no hidden charges. In some cases, we offer discounts for seniors, returning customers, or multiple appliance repairs during a single visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple: - The customer contacts us by phone or online. - We schedule a visit, usually on the same or next day. - Our technician arrives, diagnoses the problem, and provides a quote. If the customer agrees, we proceed with the repair right away or schedule it depending on parts availability. After the repair, we test the appliance thoroughly and provide a warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are professionally trained and certified. They have completed hands-on training and passed internal qualification tests to ensure they meet our high standards. Many of our team members are graduates of our own appliance repair school.
