- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is variable. The duration of the event, customization of the material we teach for the client, and the number of attendees have the greatest effect on what the price will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a general outline of material that everyone needs to learn as a baseline when starting out with self defense.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As far as continuing education, I am constantly evolving in what we do. I read books on fear management, self defense strategy, and criminal mindset on a regular basis. Our lead coaches also branch out and train in other systems. Sometimes we learn valuable information that we can integrate into our program. As far as training, I usually go to several self-defense/combative seminars a year to learn new material and refine how I teach. I also get together regularly with my coaches to brainstorm how we can blend drills and cut portions of our trainings that we no longer agree with.
