We had a very smooth experience with Alex and his partner. Alex is very responsive and thorough compared to other roof contractors we interacted with, which is why we chose him. He made sure to clean up and provide pictures of the work. Overall, we were quite pleased!

Alex had a professionally detailed quote to me within hours complete with satellite photo and measurements of the shop I wanted to re-roof. We had to work around the weather and delivery of meterials, but Alex was in daily communication with me. The crew are extremely hard working and polite and very professional. The job was completed in two days as promised, and the whole process went like clockwork. In addition to being very skilled, the team worked hard to clean everything up, and they went the extra mile patching up issues uncovered when the old roof was removed. I rate contractors on responsiveness; communication; skill; honesty; end product; and clean-up. I give Alex and Grand Roofing 5 stars on all.
