We charge flat fees with no markups. Our property management is $125 per month per unit (no matter the rent) for all aspects of management. This includes rent collection, notices, coordination and $1250 for tenant placement once a unit becomes vacant. This includes professional property photos, scheduling showings, application processes, tenant screening, and lease generation. I was a prospective tenant of a ZipRent property. By the time we got home from the tour to put in an application, the property we wanted had an alert that a lease was pending already. It encouraged us to apply anyway, and advised wed have our application fee refunded if that pending lease was finalized. Ive applied to other properties that wont even tell me if there are applicants ahead of me, let alone offer to refund.Were bummed we probably wont get this property, but the whole experience reflected very well on ZipRent! Shout out to them for being ethical in finding tenants. Ill be on the lookout for more properties they manage.

ZipRent management is very friendly and prompt always. They onboarded my listing with in no time compare to other rental managements. Their zip rent portal is very easy to access for owners to see all the information during their rental process.

We had a great experience working with Ziprent as a potential tenant for a property.Everything was managed very efficiently, all the way from initial contact to showing and after appointment feedback. The business was conducted via text message and email. But when I couldn't find the gate code to enter the community, a nice phone agent was there to help and resend the information immediately.Thank you for your support and the opportunity to quickly see a possible home for my family.
