- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is flexible and modular, allowing you to choose the services you want and need. Whether you prefer a hands-on or hands-off approach—or anything in between—Keasy offers the flexibility, control, and affordability you’re looking for. All of our pricing is based on a flat fee, never a percentage. For example, our monthly service is just $25 per unit, lease-up fees are $950, and lease renewal is $75 per lease.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's easy with Keasy! Simply contact us, and we’ll schedule a quick call to understand your needs. By the end of the day, you’ll receive a personalized quote and agreement. Once you sign, we’ll set up an onboarding call—and just like that, you’re officially a Keasy customer!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Keasy's founder is a licensed Managing Broker and property manager in Washington State. All of our vendors are licensed, bonded, and insured, ensuring the highest standards of service. Additionally, all of our employees undergo intensive training through our Keasy Academy, combined with hands-on in-field apprenticeships to deliver exceptional results
