Our pricing is fully customized based on each owner and property. We don't have a one-size-fits-all rate, as our fees depend on how involved the owner wants to be in the process and the condition of the property. This ensures we tailor our services to meet your specific needs and maximize your property's potential.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial inquiry, we do a live Zoom call to walk the potential client through our services and present realistic comps and expectations tailored to their property. We’re happy to answer any questions they may have. If they decide to move forward, we can have their property listed and ready to accept bookings in less than a week!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of hands-on experience in vacation rental management, overseeing properties across the Pacific Northwest. From city townhomes to large lake cabins and beach houses, I’ve gained extensive knowledge in managing diverse property types in various locations. This experience has equipped me with the ability to effectively handle homes of all sizes and in different settings, ensuring each property is optimized for success. My practical expertise, combined with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, allows me to provide exceptional management services for any vacation rental.
