We offer a first-time client discount on any service, no matter the price. We love welcoming new clients and treat you like family, making sure you’re well taken care of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we connect with you, the first step is a call to fully understand your goals and vision for the project. Once we’re on the same page and have reviewed pricing and all the details, we send an invoice. After payment, we gather our supplies locally and start work whenever you’re ready. We commit fully—showing up on time every day and doing everything we can to exceed your expectations. Before finishing, we walk the property with you to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. Once you give your final sign-off, we shake your hand, wish you a great day, and the job is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We didn’t learn this in school—we learned it on the job, putting in countless hours to perfect our craft and gain knowledge no classroom could teach.
