Personal Training (1 on 1 or couples training) and nutritional services are also offered remotely, over the internet via Zoom. I can recommend a few pieces of gym equipment from Amazon that would take up minimal space in your living area while providing for a great workout. The ones I'd recommend actually fold up for easy storage.
If you travel to my gym [in lower Queen Anne] you would NOT need a membership. At my gym we would have everything we would need for a progressive and vigorous weight training workout with all the amenities.
