- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients traveling to my home gym will receive a discounted session rate Session package discounts available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With every new client or returning past client I do a free consultation session were we talk about what the individual is looking to learn or accomplish, then we define fitness goals, and any injury or limitation. My priorities then are to; develop proper functional movement form while completing exercises, correct muscle imbalances, decrease risk for injury, inspire positive lifestyle change and counsel clients on proper nutrition and exercise habits
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a National Academy of Sports Medicine certificate of personal training as well as a Youth Exercise Specialist certificate through NASM. I have attended TRX courses, kettle bell seminars, 2 Klokov Olympic Weightlifting seminars. Mobility & Physical Rehab Seminars.
