- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge based on location (you come to me or I come to you) and length of session (30,45,60 minutes). Clients are billed at the beginning of each month for estimated number of sessions, excused absences are carried over to following month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free intro session where we chat about goals and do a fitness assessment. If time permits, we get a quick basic workout in. If after the intro session we decide we are a good fit, we discuss cost and future scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
