- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a phone consultation to fully understand the project and find out what the desired results the client needs. If client decides to proceed with the project we schedule a complimentary walk through and give an estimate of project hours. We can also decide at this time if client would like me to bring organizing bins etc., or if they would like to use what they have. We then schedule time that works for us both and move forward. The most important part of these initial meetings is that we have good communication and that we have a plan that works with your life and not just a pretty to look at organized closet, room etc.,
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been helping friends organize their homes and schedule for years. It has always been a passion of mine, when both my children got a little older I decided I was ready to do this full time and not only for friends.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all kind of clients. I have had clients that are all hands on and would just like my input and others who want me to complete the project and tell them when it is finished. I also work with people who have a hard time getting rid of items. I know it is a hard thing to do for many and I can help with so that we are successful at purging and the client feels good about getting rid of some items.
