Hey there, I'm Chef Maria a US Army veteran. After my military service, I decided to pursue my true passion cooking.
I attended Culinary school at South Seattle College and also earned a Certificate of Food and wine pairing in Northwest wine academy , I have a certificate for Bartering as well as training in Silver Service, Mise en place, Etiquette and table Decoration at Interior Training Academy, Super yacht training center in Antibes France . I had the amazing opportunity to intern in the South of France, learning from an incredibly talented Michelin starred chefs.
I love traveling and getting food inspiration from different places. I am into fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. All of the food I prepare are made with fresh, healthy and delicious ingredients. I am diverse in multiple different cuisines and food diets.
Your weekly menu will be curated by me, taking into account your diet preferences and preferred types of cuisine. The meals will always be well-rounded and incorporate only the healthiest ingredients. Be assured that the menu will never be monotonous, as it will constantly evolve with the changing seasons.
