I’m a U.S. Army veteran who turned my passion for cooking into a career. After my military service, I attended culinary school at South Seattle College and earned certifications in Food and Wine Pairing, Silver Service, Table Etiquette, and Décor. I also trained at a superyacht academy in Antibes, France, and interned in the South of France, learning from Michelin-starred chefs.
I love exploring different cuisines, traveling for inspiration, and living a healthy lifestyle.
