- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to use the finest local, organic and seasonal ingredients possible. My fee generally starts at $200 per person. This includes the initial menu consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new customer I like to schedule an initial call to try and zero in on the vision the client has. If the client is open to suggestion can help co create the meal/event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for amazing mentors that challenged me to constantly grow. My real training came from working in kitchens where I learned to nurture my raw talent, learn to work hard and be fearless.
