- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There will be a 2 hour minimum for any service that requires 2 or more movers. This is to ensure our workers are properly compensated for their hard work and are motivated to provide the best service possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make contact with the client to go over expectations and the overall job description. Once we get all the details, we will go over pricing and set a time and date for the project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After working in the moving industry for over 8 years, I took the initiative to start my own full scale operation. I have done every job within the industry. From mover to driver - from warehouse lead to warehouse manager, you name it. I have gained much knowledge over the years, that is now passed down to every employee that becomes part of our team!
