Ed and his team installed sprinkler system and landscape lighting in our backyard. They did a good job with the installation of the sprinkler system 5/5 on that and when we had an issue with lawn coverage they fixed it. With the landscape lighting the installers didn't seem that familiar with instlallation, we had to step in many times to breakdown instructions for his team when he was not present.Main reason for low rating is that post install customer support is non existent. I was supposed to get a complimentary winterization for the year. Even after reaching out multiple times on different channels, there is no response. They promised a 2 year warranty, but I doubt I will get any support as they don't respond.

Or we can give you a free spring activation & winterization for this year. I apologize for lack of availability this season.

Eduardo came out and replaced a really bad copper pipe that was leaking and added a brand new shutoff valve. He was highly knowledgeable, friendly, knew what he was doing, and had all the right equipment! Highly recommend!
