FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not always your cheaper option, but we like to think that we are here for the value of our workmanship. When you are planning to paint, you want that coating to be applied in the best conditions possible, paint is expensive but your time and project its way more valuable. With our process we ensure that your paint/stain manufacturer warranty gets validated and your investment gets you the most years possible before having to repaint or recoat, most of the time will be because you get tired of the color and not for a coating failure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with the initial contact and customers explanation of the job quote needed, sometimes a few pictures before the actual meeting for bid can help us have your quote done faster, we meet and greet, hear about your expectations and budget, take a few pictures and within 1-2 business days you can expect a detailed in writing quote along with a proposed schedule. And then we go from there...
